and coconut yogurt raita.
Mix 1.25 cups of canned coconut milk
1/2 cup casava flour
1/2 cup rice flour @bobsredmill
Chopped scallions and garlic , 1/4 tsp salt.
Makes about 3 this size.
Fry in coconut oil in a nonstick pan. I used a spatula to gently spread it out. Allow to set for a few minutes before flipping. It should already be hard and set on the bottom side before you flip.
