It has been a couple years or more since I had @moonlightpizzaco
in Raleigh. The Spinach Gnocchi was 👌🏼. I also liked that we could combine pies. One half of the pie was the BLUE MOON, made with basil pesto, mozzarella, pine nuts, gorgonzola, shredded parmesan, fontina, fresh basil. The second half of the pie was the LUNA BLANCA, made with mozzarella, ricotta, roasted garlic, sliced portabella, provolone, fontina, rosemary, oregano. Great comfort food for this cold & rainy night.
