➡️ https://bake-street.com/bienenstich-picadura-de-abeja/
- 🇬🇧 We are going to take a few days of vacation and rest, but not without first leaving you this wonder of German pastry making. Bienenstich or Bee Sting Cake (this is my version). A sweet dough topped with a coating of almond, butter and honey, filled with cream made with custard and whipped cream. An absolute wonder that you can't miss in the next few days! I'll be back on the blog last Easter, but I'll keep coming back for the nets. Have a great time, rest and enjoy! The recipe is up on the blog! 😁➡️
Passion fruit Cronut you say with, brioche spiced hot cross buns and a coconut pain au chocolate? Why yes @dominiqueansellondon this was just perfect to catch up with one of my oldest friends @elisaetjim who passed through London this week #dablondon
roast chicken with crispy potatoes and rosemary | Remove wishbone to make carving easier. Season chicken with salt (inside and out; about 1 tablespoon) and place half a lemon, 3 crushed garlic cloves and a few sprigs of rosemary in cavity. Truss chicken with kitchen string. Place chicken on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Season fingerling potatoes with olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, rosemary sprigs and salt. Put around chicken and roast at 450 for 55-65 min. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 160. Finish by rubbing butter on chicken and serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
My starter is one year old today. 🎈🎉 I remember "starting" my starter right before I went to Montana last March for a client engagement and my mama so graciously agreed to feed it for me twice a day while I was out of town - thank you so much @wholebodymindset! 😂 Now my sweet hubby feeds it for me while I'm traveling, too. They say it takes a village to raise your starter, right?
