Recently, I made these buffalo cauliflower tacos topped with feta and green onions, that hit all the right spots #Ad #FearNoFood
Recipe below🌮🌶 4 to 6 corn tortillas
1 small head cauliflower, cut into bite -size pieces
3/4 cup Buffalo sauce with 1 tsp paprika mixed in
4-6 tbsp sour cream or Mexican Crema
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
2/4 cup purple cabbage, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
Handful of Cilantro
1 large avocado, cut in slices
Preheat oven to 375, once heated, mix cauliflower florets with buffalo roasted cauliflower and paprika.
Spread in a baking sheet and roast for 18 minutes.
Heat corn tortillas, top with 1 tbsp sour cream, buffalo cauliflower, cabbage, feta, avocado, green onions and cilantro.
