У вас есть любимая вещь дома? Что-то, что делает рутинные занятия не такими бээээ. Я люблю деревянную ложку из Tescoma. Силиконовые, пластиковые, металлические лопатки и прочие штуки имеются в достатке. Но так приятно юзать эту 🙄 Если бы мы жили в своей квартире, я бы туда притарабанила кресло. Идеальное икеевское кресло на длинных ногах, куда можно уместиться во всех мыслимых и немыслимых положениях. И складывала бы на него одежду😂😂😂 Но это не точно! А что у вас дома самое любимое? Что бы добавили?

Happy Fri-yay! It’s Kendall with @thehealingtablewithkk and I’m here with an easy dinner recipe! 🔸 I am a huge fan of seafood...basically any kind of seafood will do. I love salmon (we eat it 1-2x/week), shrimp, sea bass, scallops, clams, etc. We live close to the coast so buying fresh seafood is easy for us and shrimp are a huge hit in our house. I love to sauté shrimp and many years ago would serve it on pasta but since going AIP/Paleo, I’ve learned “zoodles” (aka. Zucchini noodles”) are my favorite side for shrimp. 🔸 Any type of shrimp works and I highly recommend marinating the shrimp with the cilantro/lime mixture for the optimal flavor. You can serve this dish with a side salad or roasted veggies for the perfect meal! Enjoy! 🔸 Cilantro Lime Shrimp with Zoodles • 1 Lb. jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined • 1⁄4 Cup plus 2 Tbs. Olive Oil, divided • 1⁄2 Cup cilantro, finely chopped • Juice of 1 large or 2 small limes • 3 Cloves of Garlic, minced • Salt to taste • 1 Tbs. Ghee (can use more if you need to) • 3 Medium zucchinis, spiralized 🔸 Toss shrimp with 1⁄4 cup olive oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper and place in a large container to marinate for 2+ hours. When ready to cook, heat ghee in a skillet. Add marinated shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes and set aside. Add 2 Tbs. olive oil in skillet, add zoodles and cook about 2-3 minutes until just tender. Add shrimp, toss everything and remove from heat. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and lime wedges if desired. Serves 4.

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS COFFEE is important. It fuels your brain and makes actions happen when your stupid flesh body is hesitant to respond to orders. I drink alot of coffee, I'm fortunate to live in an area with alot of craft roasters and I try alot of goodness. Good buddy @matt.ventre got me a bag of Silencer Smooth because he heard I like good coffee. This stuff is slowly becoming my favorite. Delicious lighter roast which I love, Columbian beans giving a nice balance of rich acidity with a super clean aftertaste. This is HIGH ENERGY delicious coffee. I've been french pressing it via my standard method (see other post) , but I'm sure it's ripe for all methodologies. Looking forward to trying more from @blackriflecoffee . BREAKFAST is something I rarely crave in the morning. Water and coffee, and I'm good for a few hours. If I'm home and need some solid fuel, I go vegetable heavy and essentially crack and egg on it and call it breakfast. Scraps of all varieties are welcome; meats, pastas, cheeses... It's open source once there's a base layer of 75% green goodness on deck. Yes, breakfast is in what appears to be a coffee mug. That mug is not designed for liquid consumption, so it is now used as a pseudo-bowl when applicable. Fuck that mug, love that bowl. #hackchef
