It is. Maybe not in our reality right now, but it does exist somewhere. The thing is, we need to attract, or even create, whatever it is that we want into our lives. As I'd mentioned in my previous week, like attracts like, so by CHOOSING to focus on the good things that we already have in our lives instead of focusing in the not-so-good ones, we'll automatically have more of them. Being GRATEFUL is really such powerful attitude. One another exercise I made for my new year was to note down what i want MORE of x what i want LESS of. We all want more adventures, more knowledge, more richness, more fun, more freedom, more happiness - I want to be less stressed, less emotional. It's so easy to get caught up thinking of how someone or something could just be better instead of appreciating them for how they are. Every negative situation or quality of someone also comes with other advantages. By shifting our perspectives, all of our reality instantly changes, from whining to joy. Being in a positive mood, all the rest comes magically, as we're opening ourselves up to more positive things. Thinking of more fun (instead of thinking/attracting boredom), you'll effortlessly always be seeking more exciting opportunities. So by focusing on what you want more (even if it's material things), using the right intentions & feelings, you'll make your dreams become true. First, it does seem like an exercise to me, but then, it becomes more natural and it comes from unconcious attitudes.
