Posing is slowly improving but still needs tons of work. Still very awkward for me to flex, stand straight and remove most of the air from my lungs. All the while not looking like I have to shit. Shoutout to the ninja guy in the corner playing with the fake green sword playing the Music.
Gonna take my physique to the next level once I decide to cut down again. Sitting around 173-174 lbs right now; hopefully when I’m this lean in the future I’ll be closer to 180.
I honestly look at bodybuilding as a game where you yourself are the avatar. Just like in say, Runescape; your goal is to build up your stats and improve your character. With weightlifting, not only am I constantly learning about myself and fitness/nutrition in general, but I’m becoming better. Stronger. More efficient. It’s honestly pretty dope. And unlike in Runescape, there’s no end. There’s no getting my woodcutting up to 99 only to become deprived of the ability to further enhance that particular skill. There’s always the ability to enhance your bench press or your pull-ups or anything.
Speaking of progress, ya boy hit an all-time PR of 14 listens of “Stay” by Post Malone during just a single leg workout today (my last leg day for almost a month as I begin my travels abroad tomorrow😬).
Seriously though, progress is progress. No matter how big or small. You just have to keep wanting more.
