THREE QUESTIONS THAT WILL KEEP YOU SPIRALING UPWARDS ✖️ Evaluating your performance (work, relationships, fitness, spirituality, etc) is important.
And...Many of the great life coaches say most of us get it wrong. 🤔 Why? Because most of us immediately start with what we DON'T like about ourselves. Personally, as an over-achiever I tend to focus on the one ridiculously small thing that went wrong instead of all the things going right. Shining a light on what needs work is important. But effective evaluation begins only AFTER you’re recognizing what’s WORKING really well. So, start with that. 🤙🏼
1. What did you do that was good? Celebrate it. 🎉 Do more of that. THEN, it’s time to look at what needs work — which we want to look at with the neutral lens of a supportive coach. •
2. What needs to get better? 👊🏼 Alright. Yep. That could use some work. I see how I can do that better. Awesome. Ready for the next step. •
3. What changes should I make to become my best?✨ Ah. Yes. THAT would be huge. Let’s crush that!!! •
⚡️✖️At the end of the week I like to whip out my... (you thought I was going to say something naughty here but I'm going to surprise you) my JOURNAL and ask myself these three questions. After reading the book "The Artists Way" I journaled for years. If you want a serious dose of inspiration read that book but more important start journaling. It's therapeutic and it’ll help you develop a relationship with the most important person in the world...YOU. I fell out of the habit of journaling but lately I've picked it up again. I'm always shocked how connected I start to feel. Try asking yourself these three questions on a weekly or daily basis and you'll be surprised how effective it can be. •

30 diiiias! E a minha distância favorita: 21km 🏃🏼♀️💕 #euescolhicorrer
Who’s ready for my second @ModCloth look? I loved this seersucker dress the second I laid eyes on it. I love long dresses with buttons so I can wear jeans underneath, which is much more my speed (my aversion to dresses comes from being a total tomboy growing up 🙆🏻♂️) I paired it with the most adorable embellished clutch and these suede wedges *perfect* for spring 🌷
I’ve linked my fave @modcloth long dresses that are not only modest but come in all sizes (this dress goes up to 4x) here 👉🏼 (Download the @liketoknow.it app and screenshot this pic for direct links to your email or follow me on the app 💁🏻♀️ #liketkit#ModClothSquad
I’m not sure what has been harder, getting back into skateboarding or keeping up with color scheme on my grid 🇷🇴. One thing I know, if a 16 year old me saw this photo I’d be calling me a poser for taking this photo with my skateboard like some old navy poster. But 16 year old Jesse can’t stop me now!

In all seriousness though, trying to build a bit of a pattern on my grid has made finding photos to take easier not harder. Since I know my next photo is going to be yellow or blue or orange, I keep my eyes open throughout the day for something that would fit. I used to post so rarely because I had no idea what I wanted to shoot or share. So here we are! Try building a theme or pattern into your grid and see if it helps. ☺️
